Moving Beyond the Mind
Now I have completed the first iteration of the introspection toolkit, some final thoughts and reflections have manifested…
The purpose of the introspection toolkit is to help you observe and understand the processes at play within your psyche.
If the overall aim is to move to a position where we recognise the universe as one and we accept our part in it, then we must first relinquish our attachment to our own mind. Thus, the purpose of the introspection tool kit is to have no purpose.
Think of it like a bridge, once you have crossed to the other side, you no longer need the bridge.
The human mind and ego operate like a smoke screen or a magic veil. They are mirages to transcend. Like in a video game, to progress to the final boss we must first beat all the levels. Everyone differs though, so not all people need to complete all the levels, and the way we complete the levels will be unique to us.
In my mind, once we are able to demystify our mental processes, we can then become aware of them, see them for what they are, and choose to move past them.
The exit to hell is at the centre.
True wisdom is the stripping away of a little every day to reveal the pure authentic self.
The Oneself.
Acting without thinking. Living skilfully. Flowing with nature.
Your superpower is the manifestation of this pure love as action in the present moment.
Laser focussed with pure intention.
I hope this first iteration of the introspection toolkit has unlocked some new perspectives for you. The act of writing this has been an enlightening experience for me.
In time I will circle back through the whole toolkit and refine/revise all the tools to bring them in to alignment with my evolving understanding of the lived experience. Right now I am looking forward with excitement to sharing further insights in the Mindset, Approach and Execution toolkits. Let’s see where the pathway goes…

Enjoy, for now.
