Benefits and Practical Applications

The practice of honesty cultivated through the skill of transparency is the cornerstone to having an effective growth strategy for yourself. Only when you can be honest with yourself about how you truly think and feel, and why you think this is the case, can you then identify the right actions to promote your flourishing.

This does not apply to just us though. When we have been on this journey of self-discovery if we retain this psychological posture while engaging with other humans the effect will be profound.

Engagement begins to happen at a basal level meaning the ego is stripped away so communication flows easily and is direct and open. Even if only one human has this experience, their resonance will be felt by other humans in the communication exchange and will be understood at this basal level.

This style of communication can be unsettling for people to begin with as it is not the cultural norm to be so open an honest. From my experience I would simply say trust the process and continue to be authentic; once you back this communication style by consistently displaying personal integrity (a tool coming soon) other people will soon become more comfortable with this posture and even start to adopt this style.

Lead by example.

Be the change you want to see.

When people consistently adopt a growth mindset and are open to change, this conclusion is inevitable as a truly authentic communication style transcends the consciousness of the individual by tapping into the collective consciousness of humanity.

We are drawn to communicate this way as it is simply more effective and cultivates a contented feeling of community.

This is oneself communicating through our physical bodies.

Here is another perspective to explore around why transparency underpins progression:

Transparency creates shared resonance and eliminates dissonance between individuals.

Together then we can increase the vibration of the whole and evolve.

Rowing the boat in harmony and not in opposition.

Final Thoughts

In physics the definition of power is the ability to transfer energy.

The practice of self-honesty and transparency reduces the turbulence in our own mental processes thus increasing the efficiency of our cognition and ability to act authentically to project our vitality in to the world.

Transversely, adopting this posture as our communication style promotes the transfer of energy between humans thus enabling increased efficiency in aligning behind a shared focus and resonating together to push forward

– increasing the power of the whole.

Think about it like dredging a canal to allow the water to flow more freely then also implementing measures to prevent it clogging up again. This work all starts at home.
