Attention vs Intention
A short reflection around meditation…
Balance is required when observing our mental capacity while meditating.
We need to observe and correct the mind, but this must be done gently and with consideration.
If we push too hard our actions become intentional and forced, which in itself creates tension which interrupts our flow.
This is the act of paying attention without intention.
Meditation is a journey, and the destination is the present moment.
