We all (well most of us!) like people that are kind to us, are you kind to you though?
As humans we are all trying our best to do our best… sometimes we just need to zoom out a little to realise this.
Are you selfish? Are you selfish enough?
If we do not look after ourselves, how can we ever look after anyone else.
It is only when energy flows that the light bulb can be lit. Are you prioritising the the right things in your life?
